Born and raised on the island of O`ahu . Hawai`i - Tiara has always appreciated beauty - from an early age, she has taken the time to notice the “little” things in life. whether it was experienced through nature, enjoying culinary cuisine, learning about diverse cultures, viewing art or connecting with people.  She takes the time to view it with a grateful spirit - Especially the beauty that is illuminated from a pure source.

With a growing inspiration to hone her creativity and capture the beauty that surrounds - mixed with a supportive `ohana (family) and a desire to help people - Tiara took a leap of faith and started La`akea Event Designs, LLC.

It is Tiara’s hope that LED will help to capture the pure essence of her client’s dreams and make them reality - whether it be through event design, event details (favors, invitations, centerpieces), or captured moments.  Everything is created from a pure heart.

When Tiara is not creating things for LED, she is usually working at her full-time job as a middle school counselor. Tiara’s true joy is spending time with her family, friends, traveling, reading, running, biking, fishing or doing anything “outside” in the fresh air - enjoying life.
